Bulk enrichment
Enrich a CSV, review the results, and export them
Open Bulk enrichment in Kernel
Bulk enrichment adds company information to a CSV. You can review and export the results, then choose which companies to create in Salesforce.
Prepare your CSV
Include a header row and an identifier for each company: company name, website, LinkedIn URL, or external ID. You can also include legal name, address, city, state, and country to help identify the company.
Start a batch
Select Choose CSV and upload your file.
Review Field mapping. Match each Kernel field to the right column, or choose None for fields you do not have.
Check the detected row count and the usage information. The file must contain at least one row and stay within the row limit shown on the page.
Choose whether to receive an email when the batch finishes.
Select Start batch.
At least one of Company name, Website, LinkedIn URL, or External ID must be mapped before you can start.

Completion email
Email me when this finishes applies to this batch. Its starting value comes from your bulk enrichment notification preference in Settings > Notifications. Changing the checkbox changes this batch's choice; it does not change your saved preference.
Review the results
The batch page shows how many rows are pending, processing, completed, or failed. Use Run history to reopen a batch and Export CSV to download the available results.
Use Try again on a failed row to retry it. Retry failed retries the failed rows on the current page. Cancelled batches cannot be retried.
Cancel batch stops queued work. Rows already processing may finish. Completed results remain available to review and export.
Create Salesforce accounts
When a batch completes, the results group rows that refer to the same company. Select the companies you want to add, then choose Create accounts and review the confirmation.
A company must have a resolved identity, a name, and a website, and must not already be in Salesforce. Each selected company is created with its name and website, plus the fields configured under Connections > Salesforce > Advanced > New accounts.
Use the Data dictionary to understand the fields in your results.
