# Workspace settings

Manage your company profile, members, and notifications

Open [Settings](https://app.kernel.ai/settings) from your workspace menu to manage your company profile, members, and notifications. [Auto merging](/platform/data-setup/auto-merging.md) has its own tab.

## Company

The **Company** tab shows your company name, logo, website, and domain. Select **Edit company info** to change the company name or logo URL, then select **Save changes**. The website and domain are shown for reference.

## Members

The **Members** tab lists the people in your workspace, their roles, invitation status, and last sign-in. Search by name or email to find someone.

To invite someone, select **Invite member**, enter their email address, and select **Send invite**. They receive an invitation to join your workspace.

Members with permission to manage the team can use the menu beside a person to:

* **Revoke invitation** to cancel an invitation that has not been accepted.
* **Remove member** to remove their current workspace membership.

You cannot remove yourself or the last person who can manage members. Workspace members are separate from the Salesforce account owners configured in [Active users](/platform/data-setup/active-users.md).

## Notifications

Choose which completion notifications you receive, then select **Save**.

| Setting                         | What it covers                                  |
| ------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| **Cleaning action completions** | A cleaning action has finished.                 |
| **Bulk enrichment completions** | A bulk CSV enrichment you started has finished. |

When starting a [bulk enrichment](/platform/enrichment/bulk-enrichment.md), **Email me when this finishes** starts with your saved preference. Change that checkbox to choose whether to receive an email for that batch.

### Organization defaults

If your Notifications tab shows **Use organization default**, choose that option to follow your team's default, or choose **On** or **Off** for yourself. A setting marked **Required by organization** follows the organization setting.

The **Default notification settings for members** section lets team managers set the default and decide whether members can override it. **Default on for members** sets the starting choice. **Required - members can't override** locks the saved preference to the organization setting. Select **Save** after changing either control.
