Pre Kick-off

Elements that allow for the deployment of Kernel to be successful and fast. This includes CRM access, basic configuration, and initial alignment with your internal teams.

Kick-off

This is the official start with a Kernel Solutions Engineer. This is post CRM access and when we will run through the Kernel platform and start processing your CRM.

Configuration

This is the process of configuring Kernel to your custom use case. This takes place with a solutions engineer and is an iterative process to get your data ready.

Iteration

Kernel will clean your CRM and provide samples for review to ensure your business logic is correctly captured.

Mass Actions

The process of merging, deleting, and associating counts within your Salesforce will stop. This takes place via the Kernel platform guided by a solutions engineer and being actioned by your team.
