Working sessions

Alongside your Solutions Engineer, you’ll run focused working sessions to configure Kernel to your exact use case. These will be 30-minute calls spread across the 4-week implementation period, supported by asynchronous guidance when needed. You’ll also need to complete some tasks between sessions to apply insights and lock in the final configuration logic.

These first 4 weeks are critical to getting Kernel deployed successfully. We’ll make sure you have the direction, clarity, and support required to set things up properly and prepare for broad roll-out.
